Daniel R. Chudnof: Daniel Chudnof is a graduate of the University of Illinois School of Law. In addition he has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Illinois and a Bachelors of Arts in Sports Management and Communications from the University of Michigan. His areas of specialty include wills, trusts and estates, complex contracts, general corporate, business transactional, intellectual property, insurance, employment and sports law. Mr. Chudnof is also a trained and certified mediator and arbitrator who currently serves as an Autoline Arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau. In addition to having worked as a solo practitioner, his previous work experience includes working for the Vice President/Corporate Counsel of General Sports and Entertainment, a full service sports marketing firm. He was previously employed as an employment law consultant for Vector Cantech, Inc. and as a law clerk for the law firm Mindell, Panzer, Malin, Kutinsky and Benson. Mr. Chudnof is currently on the Board of Directors of the Full Life Institute, a Michigan non-profit corporation. |
Bryan I. Eder: Bryan Eder is a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School. He received Bachelor of Arts degrees in Journalism from Michigan State University and Political Economy from MSU’s James Madison College. His areas of specialty include family law, employment law, wills, trusts and estates, financial services, complex contracts, mass tort and general corporate law. Mr. Eder is also a trained and certified mediator and arbitrator who currently serves as an Autoline Arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau. Mr. Eder was previously employed by the international law firm of Dechert, Price & Rhoads in Washington, DC. He has also been employed by General Motors Corp., former U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Kenneth W. Dam, and the Illinois law firm of D’Ancona & Pflaum. Mr. Eder is licensed to practice law in Michigan, Maryland and the District of Columbia. |

Deepak Malhotra: Deepak Malhotra is an Assistant Professor in the Negotiations, Organizations, and Markets Unit at the Harvard Business School. Prof. Malhotra serves as a negotiation consultant to Chudnof & Eder, PLC and teaches negotiation and dispute resolution seminars in conjunction with Daniel Chudnof and Bryan Eder. Prof. Malhotra was born in Detroit, Michigan, and attended the University of Michigan as an undergraduate, graduating with high honors and highest distinction in Economics. Prof. Malhotra completed his PhD in Management and Organization at the Kellogg School of Management in 2002. At the Kellogg School, he taught the MBA course in Negotiations, for which he received the Doctoral Teaching Award. His current research deals with issues of interpersonal trust, reciprocity, and negotiation. |
